This is how it works

  • 1. Connect to BeWo

    First, you authorize the platform to connect to the company’s ERP system.

  • 2. Automatic Data Import

    Next, you initiate the automatic data transfer from the ERP system to the BeWo platform.

  • 3. Automatic Data Structuring

    Now you wait 24 hours for the the platform to draw and organize all relevant data from the ERP system, according to emission sources, scopes and time frames.

  • 4. Additional Data Input (Optional)

    You also have the option to add other data manually, specifying data source, amount, category etc. However, this is only necessary if you wish to add data from outside the ERP system.

  • 5. Customize your Results

    Once all data is entered into the platform, you can find a comprehensible breakdown of the company’s carbon footprint on your default dashboard. Optionally, you can also customize how your data is presented, add new dashboards to highlight specific data, add graphs and figures, and adjust them to your chosen parameters.

  • 6. Export a Report

    Finally, you can export your emission report or data with for example Excel, or Power BI.
