EU Parliament votes in favour of sustainability reporting rules!

Companies, better get ready for 2024!

breaking news on a phone

Last Thursday, the EU Parliament has agreed by majority to adopt the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), now obliging around 50.000 of the largest EU companies to publicly provide information about their impact on people and planet starting first of January 2024.

This presents a considerably high increase from the previously agreed 11 000 companies under the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD).

We are so excited to soon enter a Europe that encourages firms to invest in sustainability - preventing greenwashing, promoting transparency, and setting a good example for the rest of the world in terms of sustainability reporting!
